什么是MOSFET的漏源导通电阻?

MOSFET开关器件工作在导通和关断状态。在“开”状态下,开关的阻抗理论上为零,无论流过多少电流,开关都不会耗散功率。在“关”状态下,开关的阻抗理论上是无限的,因此没有电流流过,也没有功率耗散。


漏极-源极导通电阻(RDS)是MOSFET处于导通状态时漏极和源极之间的有效电阻。当施加特定的栅源电压(VGS)时,就会发生这种情况。一般来说,随着VGS的增大,导通电阻减小。MOSFET导通电阻越低越好,因为低电阻减少了不必要的功耗,提高了器件的功率效率。
